Forest River Lost Pines Aspen
Forest River has been on the cutting edge of destination trailer design for the past several years, but its Lost Pines Aspen model takes things to an entirely new level. The massive trailer—GVWR is a whopping 17,116 pounds—feels much more like a modern cabin on wheels, with all of the amenities of home. Those include a front kitchen outfitted with residential appliances, a beautiful primary bedroom with a queen-size bed (a king is optional) and a bathroom best described as “spa-like.” A second sleeping area is found in an overhead loft, while the palatial living room features theater seating and a hide-a-bed sofa, giving the Aspen room for six. Ceiling fans, a fireplace, luxury vinyl flooring and hardwood cabinetry only add to the ambiance. MSRP: $109,955

Bluetti Elite 300 Portable Power Station
Portable power stations are everywhere these days, so what makes this one so special? For starters, it’s the smallest 3kWh model currently on the market, packing more juice into a smaller space. It also ships with a built-in TT-30 port, meaning you can plug your RV directly into it to run lights, fans, water pumps and other equipment. Oh yeah, it will charge your smartphone more than 100 times, too. MSRP: $1,199; bluettipower.com

Encore RV ROG 12BH-FB
In an effort to save weight and space, many small towables ship without an onboard bathroom. But Encore RV found a way around this issue by mounting a pop-up lavatory on the tongue of its ROG 12BH-FB adventure trailer. While in transit, the module resembles a large storage box, but at the campsite it deploys in seconds, creating a private bathroom with a toilet, shelf and a shower, with hot water courtesy of a 42k BTU on-demand water heater. MSRP: $38,063; encore-rv.com

Check Your Propane Levels
Most RV furnaces run on propane, which means you definitely don’t want to run low on fuel before heading out on a fall camping trip. Running your furnace requires more LP than your stove or water heater, so check your propane tanks before hitting the road, or you could wake up to a very chilly camper.

What are Solid Surface Countertops?
A blend of mineral dust, acrylic and resin with pigments mixed in to add color, solid surface countertops are designed to look like premium stone surfaces. The man-made material is water resistant, durable and can easily be cut to fit in tight RV spaces. While softer than actual stone, a solid surface countertop looks great and wears well over time.
